Beyond The States Leadership Fellowship

The Beyond The States (BTS) Leadership Fellowship is a paid opportunity for current students studying in Europe to represent BTS through authentic storytelling, community engagement, and peer mentorship. Fellows share their experiences abroad to help future students make informed decisions—while earning a monthly stipend and referral commissions for their contributions.

Content Creation

Each month, Fellows will:
Create three short vertical videos (15–30 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok or Reels. Themes may include academics, travel, culture, dorm life, or trending student topics.

Post three Instagram Stories tagging @BeyondTheStates to showcase authentic moments from daily life abroad.

Produce one long-form YouTube video (2–5 minutes) highlighting a unique aspect of studying in Europe, such as campus life, budgeting, or cultural experiences.

  • Fellows only need to provide raw clips; the BTS team handles all editing and publishing.
