About the On Your Mark Masterclass

With this masterclass, you’re going to be able to explain to your parents or to your school counselor why these programs best fit your needs.

So I'm so glad you're taking this course for a few reasons. First of all, if your parents are anything like me, they might have taken the lead so far in the sort of exploration of college in Europe project. And the thing is, you know, it is something out of the box, and it does require a lot of research, and I'm guilty of taking the lead in my own home with those sorts of things. However, the decision of where you go to school is not going to affect anybody more than it affects you. So I think it's really important for you to be able to kind of take the lead in this process. And this class is going to give you the information you need to do that. It's going to also help you understand and be able to articulate exactly why you want to go to school in Europe. You're going to know the skills that you have and those that you need to kind of develop more before graduating in order to succeed in Europe. You're going to know the best areas of study for things you might not have thought of before that combined more than one of your interest areas. And you're going to have a shortlist of three to five programs that meet your interests, your qualifications, your preferences, your budget, all those things. And you're going to be able to explain to your parents or to your school counselor why these programs best fit your needs.

So let's talk a little bit about how the next six weeks are going to look. Each week, I'll be releasing a series of short video lessons, all on one topic. Each week has its own topic. They will not usually just be me talking to you like this. Some of them are screenshots, some we're going to be walking through processes together through the videos. And they're brief, but there are action steps to do each week. And that is what takes a little bit more time. You can do that whenever you want.

So that's all I got right now.Let’s go ahead and get started with lesson 1!
