What are the admissions criteria?

Applicants submit transcripts, essays, a passport copy, and two letters of recommendation with the online application. Students from non-anglophone countries must also submit proof of English proficiency.  SAT or ACT scores are optional.  An interview is also part of the admission process. 

The deadline for spring semester admissions is October 1st. Fall admission deadlines are March 1st and June 1st.

What is student life like?

There are several clubs and activities, including dance crew, political science club, football club (American football, not soccer), student government, student-run newspaper, radio, TV, golf club, culinary club, choir, law moot court competition, Model UN, LGBT, broadway performance, entrepreneurship, and more.

Scholarships & Funding

There are a number of opportunities for merit and need-based financial aid and scholarships, as well as work-study-like opportunities.  74% of AUBG students receive financial aid.

Housing options.

Housing is offered and required. Residence halls are on campus and cost between $1,390 and $1,710 per academic year.

Dining information

There is one large dining hall and two cafes on campus. Each full-time student has an assessed meal plan deposit of $100 per semester that can be used for purchasing meals on campus. Additional funds can be deposited into the student's meal card.
