Why should I study here?

Dennis Gabor College is a state-recognized private institution of higher education with an independent legal entity, accredited by the Hungarian Accreditation Committee. The college operates as a non-profit organization, established and sustained by the Dennis Gabor Technical Informatics College Distance Education Foundation.

What are the admissions criteria?

The deadline for admission is August 1st.  Applicants submit their diplomas, transcripts, CV, and copy of their passports with their applications.  Selected students are invited to an interview (online). If English is not your native language, proof of English proficiency is required.

What is student life like?

The campus is located in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, in the heart of Europe. Dennis Gabor College offers an excellent teaching and learning environment on its Budapest campus. It has a modern, new building, which was opened in 2009 and meets the highest international standards. The campus is equipped with the latest technology and provides an excellent teaching and learning environment, while at the same time maintaining a personal atmosphere. If you still have some time to spend, most of the social programs, sports events, and leisure time activities are organized by our Students’ Union (the DGC-HK). Among other events, each year they organize the Freshmen Camp, and they arrange different parties and sports competitions.
