The Dennis Gabor College (DGC) is a private, non-profit college of applied sciences located in Budapest, Hungary. It was founded in 1993 and is named after Dennis Gabor, a Hungarian-British physicist who invented the hologram. DGC offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in English, including computer science, engineering, and business administration. DGC is affiliated with the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, and its degrees are accredited by the Hungarian Accreditation Committee (HAC).

Student Life
The campus is located in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, in the heart of Europe. Dennis Gabor College offers an excellent teaching and learning environment on its Budapest campus. It has a modern, new building, which was opened in 2009 and meets the highest international standards. The campus is equipped with the latest technology and provides an excellent teaching and learning environment, while at the same time maintaining a personal atmosphere. If you still have some time to spend, most of the social programs, sports events, and leisure time activities are organized by our Students’ Union (the DGC-HK). Among other events, each year they organize the Freshmen Camp, and they arrange different parties and sports competitions.
Housing
The school helps students with accommodation, but it is not guaranteed.  Housing in the student residences generally costs 200-300 euros per month.
