The European University of Rome (EUR) is a private, legally recognized university that releases academic qualifications with legal value. The European University of Rome, founded in 2004 by the religious congregation of the Legionaries of Christ, is part of the great tradition of the Catholic Church and an international network of universities. The European University of Rome is located in a modern campus. The courses offered are characterized by an interactive and dynamic way of teaching so students can establish a direct relationship with each professor and this leads to create an authentic academic community. Lectures offered bring high level of learning through a very effective teaching method. What is student life like?

The European University of Rome has built its campus according to a modern architectural criteria, without barriers, with lots of space to live and share: study areas, library, leisure areas, cafeteria, classrooms available for students even when there are no lectures. A campus to be lived throughout the day. The teaching and administrative staff are always available to provide fast answers and avoid unnecessary queuing.

The University is equipped with plenty of free parking areas and easy to reach by public transport (10 minutes train from the Stazione di San Pietro). Furthermore, fast and free WiFi is available everywhere. Security and control are an important point in the University’s management; a dedicated surveillance service is available 24h a day.

Scholarships & Funding

These are the scholarships available for international students:

  • 100% tuition fee exemption for foreign students with a scholarship granted by the Italian Government. For further information please visit: https://studyinitaly.esteri.it/en/call-for-procedure
  • 100% first year tuition fee exemption for students with a High School Diploma GPA equivalent to 100/100 in the Italian grade system enrolling in the Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology and Tourism. For further info please visit this link.
  • 100% exemption (both tuition fees and taxes) for students with certified disability equal to 66% or above.
  • 20% tuition fee reduction applicable to the second member of the same family enrolled in the Degrees in Law, Economics, Psychology and Tourism.
  • Up to 20% tuition fee reduction according to active corporate agreements for Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology and Tourism
  • From 15% to 65% tuition fee reduction according to GPA and income for Degrees in Law, Economics, Psychology and Tourism

Dining information

A new and innovative cafeteria, recently refurbished according to the latest ergonomic and livability criteria. The coffee shop offers a high quality service and a wide variety of menus to everybody’s tastes. In addition, the cafeteria is also a place where you can charge your digital devices, study and work on projects.
