Lippe University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, TH OWL) is a public university of applied sciences located in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It was founded in 1971 and has over 6,700 students enrolled in over 60 Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. The university is known for its strong focus on practical skills and its close ties to industry.
TH OWL offers a wide range of programs in the following faculties:

- Design and Media
- Life Sciences and Technologies
