Housing
Our aim is to assist international students in finding a room while studying in Rotterdam. We do this in two ways: We reserve approximately 220 rooms per year from Stichting Studenten Huisvesting (Foundation for Student Housing, SSH). For those who are not eligible for SSH rooms, we provide you with clear and honest information about how to find a room on the private market; see Alternative Housing Providers.

Notes
The Universities of Applied Sciences are quite reputable in the Netherlands and provide a way for students without the IB/AP requirements held by the universities to study in this very cool country.  That said, students should be aware of extra requirements that may be necessary when applying for graduate school.
