Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) is a public university of applied sciences in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. It was founded in 1994 and offers a wide range of bachelor’s and master’s programs in engineering, business, and the humanities.

Student Life
Since it was founded on December 5th, 2001, the Students' Life e. V. many different events by students for students of the Technical University of Ingolstadt and thus actively contributes to a varied university life. This includes not only parties at the beginning and during the semester but also poker tournaments, skiing and many other events. The main focus is on conveying a “we-feeling” to the students at the university and thus strengthening cohesion.

Halls of Residence It's not always easy for international students to find suitable accommodation in Ingolstadt. The number of student apartments has increased considerably these past years (about 1600 rooms right now), still, it's highly recommended that you start looking for an appropriate room or shared apartment as early as possible. Their international office will gladly help with any issues in tenancy law, registration, or general orientation. ** The admission for the Bachelor Programme International Retail Management expired at winter term 2016/17. Up to 2017 this study programme is closed. An application for the first semester is not possible anymore. A Master Programme International Retail Management is in planning stage.**
