Why should I study here?

University of Business and Administrationnamed by Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski in Gdynia was established by the decision of Minister of National Education no.DNS 3-0145/TBM/1 0/4 on June 15th, 1994 on the basis of a bill on higher education issued on September 12th, 1990. The school was registered as a non-public school of higher education with the number 38. In the beginning, the university educated students only in first-degree courses. However, as a proof of its high quality educational services, the school was authorized to run a Master's course at the Management and Marketing Faculty in 2000. Since 2003, the university has been authorized to offer a Master's degree course at the Administration Faculty. In 2006, a new faculty, Finance and Accounting, was established. On July 6th, 2006, a branch campus in Lębork was opened. It offers first-year studies at the Management Faculty.

In 2009, the school was authorized to run first degree studies at two new faculties : logistics and Internal Security. In the same year the Minister of Higher Education authorized us to run 5-year Master studies at the Law Faculty.Thousands of students have graduated from our University. Many of them are returning to the school to study for Master degree or to do post-graduate studies. At the moment we educate students from Poland and other UE and Non-EU countries at 6 faculties (at first and second degree courses as well as at 5-year Master courses), we also offer 16 different post-graduate courses and numerous training and language courses.Apart from typical  academic and educational activities  we organize regional, national and international conferences. We invite, as our visiting lecturers and professors, top celebrities of education, business, politics and culture to give lectures.

What are the admissions criteria?

Applicants must have their transcripts and diploma legalized. The deadline is July 30th. If a candidate needs a visa to stay and study in the territory of Poland, he or she should apply for an enrolment program adequately earlier.

What is student life like?

Every year, events are organized for students' WSAiB. During the joint meetings in pubs or crazy fun in the Tri-city clubs, students have the opportunity to relax after the examination session, establish friendships, or simply integrate with the group from last year, and students from other directions. The achievements of our Rector are many, so WSAiB is very eager to promote all sports activities for students. Already in the first year, students benefit from courses in professional salons and fitness gyms, and part is realized in a modern gym.
