Description
Founded in 1559 by Jean Calvin, the University of Geneva is dedicated to thinking, teaching, dialogue, and research. With more than 16,000 students of more than 150 different nationalities, UNIGE offers more than 500 programs (including 129 Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs; 80 doctoral programs; and more than 300 continuing education programs covering an extremely wide variety of fields.
Student Life
Geneva's multicultural environment is reflected in the University of Geneva’s student body and its strong international relations policy. The University takes part in numerous agreements, and networks as well as bilateral and multilateral programmes such as the Swiss European Mobility Programme (ex-Erasmus). These partnerships take the form of student or teacher exchanges, research and joint programmes, participation in international events, and more. Housing
We provide different types of accommodation, such as individual bedrooms with access to communal kitchen and bathroom facilities, individual bedrooms in shared apartments for 2 to 7 people, and studio apartments, totalling 675 beds.

Scholarship & Funding
The scholarship is open to academically inclined students from any university around the world who have either finished a Bachelor's degree that is recognized by the University of Geneva or completing one within 6 months. They must also belong to the top 10% of their university.
