Student Life
The UPV has campuses in the cities of Valencia, Alcoy and Gandia, all with modern facilities and excellent services. The three campuses share the same philosophy and provide the same opportunities, which has the led the UPV to be considered a model of reference. In Alcoy a project is underway for a large scale sports area with an indoor sports pavilion and outdoor tennis courts, complete with university services. In Gandia an Innova building and the joint headquarters of the UPV and the Spanish Institute of Oceanography are under construction.
The Campus Vera covers around 700.000 m2 (like 70 football fields) and is almost 2 km from one end to the other. It is a pedestrian campus with over 106,000 m2 of green areas. The cafeterias and terraces, kiosks, banks and other establishments are meant to make your day-to-day university life more comfortable.
Housing
The UPV provides a free service to students to help them find accommodation that meets their expectations and needs. To do so, the UPV keeps a database with information about students and individuals offering and requesting shared flats, stays with a family or flats to rent.
The UPV cannot be held responsible by either of the parties for any issues regarding the conditions of the accommodation, the behaviour of tenants or any failure to comply with payments. Its only intention is to help students with their search and to act as a simple mediator between students and the owners of the properties (lessors).
