Affiliate Terms of Service
1. Enrollment

To enroll in our affiliate program (“Program”), you must submit an application through our affiliate signup page. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Promote our products and services in a truthful, ethical, and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Avoid any misleading claims, false advertising, or spam.
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”).
  • Not use paid ads, coupons, or misleading links that impersonate our brand or misdirect traffic.
  • Not post your affiliate links on coupon or deal sites unless specifically approved in writing.

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links.
  • Commissions are based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, or refunds.
  • Our system uses a 90-day cookie window — if a customer purchases within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn commission for that sale (unless overwritten by another affiliate’s link).
  • Only the final referring affiliate before purchase will be credited.

4. Payouts

  • Commissions are calculated monthly and paid when requested at least 30 days after the end of each month to allow for refund processing.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next period.
  • Payments are made via ACH, Paypal, Venmo or Wise
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any applicable tax information (e.g., W-9 or W-8BEN).

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund, cancels their order, or initiates a chargeback, any related commissions will be reversed or deducted from your next payout.

6. Use of Brand Assets

You may use approved brand assets (logos, banners, product images, etc.) provided in the affiliate dashboard for promotional purposes.

You may not alter, modify, or use these assets in a misleading way.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Use our trademarks in domain names, social handles, or paid search ads.
  • Purchase ads containing our brand name or variations thereof.
  • Use cookie stuffing, bots, or any technique that artificially inflates clicks or sales.
  • Promote our products on adult, hateful, or illegal content sites.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials referencing our brand.

9. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company. You have no authority to bind or represent us.

10. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of participation in this Program.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this agreement, commission rates, or Program structure at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance

By joining and participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
