The Chinese language specialization meets the needs of students seeking to improve the level of their spoken and written Chinese. It offers them an opportunity to engage in advanced language study by way of guided readings and advanced content-analysis of primary-source texts from within China’s press, propaganda, and intelligence sectors concerning key aspects of information management, e.g. collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination. Once they have successfully completed the course, they will have a solid competence and competitive edge in Modern Standard Chinese, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in Chinese.Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is January 15.
