During the first year of this programme the students attend classes in biophysical chemistry, bioinformatics, and practical courses in molecular biology. Optional subjects are chosen from courses in environmental science, food science, chemistry, or computational biology. The teaching often takes place in small groups where a professional dialogue is emphasized.A substantial feature of this Master’s programme is a nine month research project (thesis), where the students have the opportunity to perform their MSc project in one of the labs at the Center for Organelle Research (CORE), collaborators in the public sector or in a lab in the private industry sector.By the end of the programme the students will have acquired practical and theoretical skills in molecular biology, biophysical chemistry and practical bioinformatics.. Admissions Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 80 and IELTS 6.0).Undergraduate GPA is evaluated and typical requires at least a 3.0 average. Admission Deadline: February 5
