The Master’s degree programme in Biotechnology equips students with specialist knowledge of various aspects of biotechnology. Students get to know the molecular basis of biological processes, as well as receive advanced knowledge on disciplines such as bioinformatics, bioethics, plant and microbial biotechnology.The programme focuses also on the use of different experimental techniques in various types of laboratories, which makes our students stand out in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, in the frame of the programme the students participate in lectures provided by guest researchers in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme-LLP/Erasmus.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with a major in natural sciences, math, physics and chemistry or equivalent. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. Application period for non EU students is from May to July.
