This programme is created for international students who want to gain relevant knowledge about the historical, political and socio-economic context of countries situated in Central Europe. The programme is included in the broader field of Humanities and is designed as a multidisciplinary overview of Central European social and cultural life, aimed at understanding the countries in the region in a broader international context.Students of the Master’s in Central European Studies will become familiar with the modern politics and political systems in the area, and the historical events that have led to the transformation of these countries. Studies of Czech, Polish or German languages will also help students to better understand the local cultures and influences in these countries and create a wider outlook of the social climate in the area, as well as easier access to local information.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is May 31.
