The Master of Science in Civil Engineering aims to create a professional with a wide range of knowledge and skills on the design, construction, management, survey, control and maintenance of buildings (both civil and industrial) or other important infrastructure (bridges, dams, tunnels, roads and transport, water collection, distribution and other systems). The first year is aimed at complementing the preparation of students in the field of civil engineering, with particular emphasis placed on the design of structures and infrastructures by taking account their interaction with territory.The second year is aimed at completing the body of knowledge of students in order to prepare them for future profession as specialists in different branches of civil engineering, including design and construction of structures, transportation facilities and systems.The Study Plan is quite flexible, allowing students to select free courses according to their attitudes and interests.
