The study of climate physics (meteorology and physical oceanography) is intended to provide students with advanced knowledge of the terms and laws of the physics of the atmosphere, the ocean and the climate system, familiarize them with the experimental and theoretical methods and introduce them to current research. The course is intended to teach the presentation of physical facts, the critical classification of scientific issues and the optimal use of modern experimental or theoretical working methods. Mathematical methods are indispensable tools for working on physical relationships and essential for the formation of physical concepts.
