The programme consists of a number of constituent and optional courses. The constituent courses ensures that you get a solid theoretical and methodological foundation, while you with the electives have the opportunity to pursue your areas of interest.The teaching is mainly organised as lectures and lessons where you get practical assignements. In addition individual supervision will be given. The programme is concluded with your thesis.The MSc in Economics equips you for a career as an economist – nationally or globally. You may work within the industry, consulting firms, the academic world, public institutions, ministries and public and private organizations. There are three possibilities for specialization: Strategy and Markets , Macroeconomics and Development, Health Economics.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in Economics, Mathematics and Economy, Economics and Business Administration and General Business Administration.
The program has prerequisites in Microeconomics and Econometrics.
Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency. Application deadline for non EU students is February 1 and August 1.
