Diet plays a pivotal role in development of life style diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. In addition to the burden for the individual, these diseases are expected to constitute the largest global health problem by 2020, and thereby increase the burden on the health system and the society.The Human Nutrition programme gives you comprehensive knowledge of the importance of nutrition to human health and a thorough understanding of the principles and methods of nutritional science.In the course of the two-year MSc programme, you will learn about the conversion of energy and nutrients in the human body, the importance of nutrition in the various stages of life and the effects of nutrition on health and disease.As a graduate from the MSc programme in Human Nutrition, you will be an expert on diet, nutrition and health, and you can therefore contribute to handling the global health challenges.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency.
The application period for non EU students is from November 15 to January 15.
