In our high-tech society there is a great need for advanced knowledge about materials, as the materials to a high degree are crucial to a product’s capacity. Do you want to participate in the development of the materials of the future? During the Master’s programme in Materials Technology, you will obtain an understanding of the problems that industrial production companies, consulting engineering companies, certification companies, and research institutions meet in connection with the production and use of materials. And you will be able to transform this knowledge to practice.A CROSS-DISCIPLINARY ENGINEERING PROGRAMMEDuring the progamme, you will gain a profound knowledge of different engineering materials such as plastic, composite materials, alloys, and steel, while you also gain a solid competence profile in the fields of solid mechanics.The programme is cross-disciplinary and contains elements from physics, chemistry, nanotechnology, and traditional mechanical engineering. The teaching combines lectures, laboratory work and project work.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering and Industry, Nanotechnology, Physics, Chemistry.
Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency.
Application deadline for non EU students is November 1.
