The goal of the study is a scientific professional training in the field of media informatics. Digital media such as audio, video, text, image, animation, speech and sensor technology form the basis of a large number of application fields, including the production, management and distribution of media for the purpose of information dissemination and ommunication.The main focus of the training is on the adaptation of media data to the user’s situation and environment, mediation of approaches to the acquisition, analysis and organization of descriptive media data (metadata), competences in the field of virtual reality / pervasive computing and man-machine communication A partly selectable deepening in the fields of computer graphics and multimedial information systems and in the fields of application digital media production and game technologies.This comprehensive, both technical and application-oriented training enables the media informationer to be positioned at the interface between human, medium and information, and underlines his role as an intermediary and a link between these areas.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with major in relevant field. Application deadline for non EU students is September 5 and February 5.
