The programme consists of four core courses and one elective course in the first semester. The core courses focus on contemporary topics in medical anthropology and sociology, social science theory as applied to health issues, global health and development, and research design. Students also take one elective course in a domain of health that relates to their research interests.The programme is completed with a fieldwork of 8-10 weeks and a thesis in the second semester.Upon successful completion of the coursework and the fieldwork and thesis project, students will receive an officially accredited Master’s degree in Medical Anthropology and Sociology and the title Master of Science.

Admissions Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 100 and IELTS 7.0).Undergraduate GPA is evaluated and typical requires at least a 3.0 average. Admission Deadline: January 11
