Profile
The world’s oceans have huge living resources which will become more and more important for humans, and which we will depend on for our further welfare. In order to use, protect and further develop these resources in a sustainable way, there is a need for dedicated and well educated young people with interdisciplinary knowledge about the interactions between marine biological resources and their use, the marine environment, marine technology, economy, and public concerns related to the marine sector. The MSc programme Ocean Resources at NTNU aims to give the students a broad perspective beside their main in-depth specialization in marine natural or science or marine engineering. If you find it stimulating to take part and work with our further development of sustainable marine living resources, the MSc program Ocean Resources at NTNU is something you should consider.
