What psychological processes are involved in peak performance? That is the main question in this Master’s track. This question is divided into two sub-questions (1) How do you help people perform at their best when it really matters? and (2) How do you help people reach very difficult goals? During this Master’s track you are trained as a scientists-practitioners in Sport and Performance Psychology. This means that, as a sport and performance psychologist, you are up to date on scientific developments and are able to translate and apply them in practice. You also have extensive knowledge of classic and more recent psychological theories relevant for performance, as well as the empirical support and applications for these theories.
