Simulation is used in all engineering disciplines, fields of science, in business, government and education.In the Master´s program in Simulation and Visualization, you learn simulation methods for use in your own field. The aim of the program is to educate innovative engineers who can apply their expertise in simulation and visualization to solve complex problems.You can do the Master in Simulation and Visualization after a bachelor´s degree in engineering such as computer science, building, POD or cybernetics, an exact bachelor´s degree like physics or biology, or when you have a job in which you need to apply simulation methods.You will also learn methods for data visualization and interactive computer graphics, in order to understand simulation results, or for making simulations realistic.To develop readily applicable skills in a range of powerful methods for computer simulation within the fields of dynamic systems, stochastic simulation and artificial intelligence, in order to solve complex problems within ones own field of competence, and with direct relevance to industry.To be able to conduct simulation experiments within these fields, including system modelling, implementation of algorithms, running simulations, visualization and interpretation of results.To be able to build a basic simulator, including a simulation system and computer graphics.

Admissions Requirements
Applicant's must have a bachelor's degree with a major in Engineering or equivalent. There are also math prerequisites for this program. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency. Application deadline for non EU students is December 1.
