Lund University’s Master of Science in Strategic Communication aims to develop independent, critical and creative communication strategists with the will and determination to work and succeed on the highest management levels.Teaching is characterized by a mixture of lectures, case study work in groups and theoretical study and discussion in seminars. In many of the courses, students work in teams solving complex projects and presenting the results to practice partners. The programme is distinguished by a strong base in international research in Strategic Communication as well as close links to industry players in business and society. Learning is enriched by frequent guest lecturers from academia and practice.In addition to the core subjects, you will also work with themes such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), change management, crisis communication etc.In the third semester, students have the opportunity to spend part of the semester on a placement in a private, public or governmental organization or NGO. The students are also offered the opportunity to apply for exchange studies at one of Lund University’s partner universities around the globe.After completing the Master’s Programme, students acquire the degree Master of Science in Strategic Communication (120 credits). The programme prepares for an academic career and qualifies for application to a PhD programme.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in Social Sciences, Humanities or Economics and Management, Strategic Communication, Media and Communication studies, Journalism, Marketing, Organizations Studies or equivalent.Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is January 15.
