The aim of the programme is to provide students with knowledge and skills required for leading and managing entrepreneurial organisations in today’s highly competitive and increasingly international markets and environments.The programme provides you with cutting-edge theory and research in areas such as marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation management, embedded in interactive and action-oriented teaching pedagogies. During the first year you specialise in either international marketing or strategic leadership.If you choose international marketing you study and train your ability to analyse opportunities and constraints in international markets. This requires knowledge of both firm-internal strategic conditions as well as cultural contingencies as a basis for acting competently and professionally in future international contacts.If you choose strategic leadership you will put yourselves in the shoes of top management and train your ability to make, implement and evaluate strategic decisions. You will gain knowledge about strategic processes and how internal and external resources and contingencies provide conditions for organisational growth and development.You can choose to study one year.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Administration.Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency.The application deadline for non EU applicants is January 15 and August 15.
