The Master’s Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations is offered to International and Swedish students and provides knowledge about working life and especially work within Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM). The Master’s Programme has an international approach, addresses both International and Swedish students and is offered jointly by the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Sociology and Work Science.The Master’s Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations is a two year programme (120 higher education credits). All courses are taught in English. The first year in the Master’s Programme starts with two courses in parallel; a course in Strategic Human Resource Management and a course in Research theories and methods. The third course is in HRM in a societal perspective. The first year ends with an elective course. The second year starts with another elective course, which is followed by a course in Challenges in HRM. The final course is a 30 higher education credit Master thesis. The elective courses are determined by the program board and announced during the first semester of the programme.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree with a major in Labour Relations, Social Sciences or Business Administration or equivalent.Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is January 15.
