Systems Biology will have a major impact on biology and biomedical (research), including drug development and biotechnology. In this programme, you’ll combine life sciences, such as biology and medicine, fundamental biological and modelling questions, with mathematical disciplines, such as modelling, data handling and informatics. The programme offers a challenging environment where you’ll learn to work with students from different backgrounds, allowing to bridge borders between biological disciplines and mathematics, and to foster collaboration beyond national frontiers.

Admissions Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Biology, Biomedical sciences, Molecular life sciences, Life sciences and technology, Medical natural sciences, Mathematics, Informatics, Data science, Physics, Chemistry and at least 15 ECTS (or equivalent) in mathematics. The mathematics should include the topics: linear and/or geometric algebra, analysis and calculus, trigonometry, and basic statistics (data analysis and evaluation). Other required documents are: CV, Motivation letter, a certified copy of your most recent grades transcript of your current bachelor’s program, a certified copy of your diploma of your current bachelor’s program.
