This flexible Master of Science degree will produce students with increased systematic understanding and critical awareness of key emerging therapeutic technologies, increasing the provision in identified skills needs.The teaching and learning strategy for the programme is designed to be flexible and responsive so that students can access quality, evidence-based learning and professional development. The programme is delivered in a blended learning environment and underpinned by a small group, problem-based and peer learning ethos.The programme incorporates active learning techniques with a mix of team-based and individual-focused projects and a significant practical focus to ensure workplace readiness.The MSc in Technologies and Analytics in Precision Medicine at RCSI is offered as a full-time, 12-month programme from September 2021. This programme carries 90 ECTS credits in total: 15 credits for each taught block and 30 credits for research methods and research project. The course offers exit routes at MSc (90 ECTS credits), Diploma (60 ECTS credits) and Certificate (30 ECTS credits).
