Studies at the Computer science course enable gaining knowledge on general issues of computer science, among others on operation systems, algorithms and data structures or languages and programming techniques. Students get familiar with analogue and digital technologies, computer architecture or secrets of management of IT projects. There are also issues related with law and ethical aspects of computer science.

The studies raise awareness of diversity of its applications in technical, economic or biomedical systems. They teach methods of collecting and processing data, basics in decision making control, methods of artificial intelligence and expert systems. Computer science is being supplemented with knowledge of physics and mathematics, expanded by fundamentals of management, finance and social communication.
