The Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy (BAEPP) program at Masaryk University is a 3-year program that provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to analyze and solve economic and public policy problems.
Divided into two main areas: Economics (This area of the program focuses on the economic principles that underlie public policy decisions, such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and international economics) and Public Policy (This area of the program focuses on the political and institutional aspects of public policy, such as public administration, political economy, and law).
In addition to the core courses, students also have the opportunity to choose elective courses in areas such as environmental economics, development economics, and health economics. The program also includes a mandatory internship, which gives students the opportunity to gain practical experience in the public policy field.
