Graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Physics must be able to apply the fundamental ideas and concepts of Modern Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biology to problems related to Engineering in advanced technological areas, particularly in those developing fields in which scientific and technological progress are advancing simultaneously. To this end, they will have the basic training necessary to be able to identify and formulate these problems in the language of modern science, the technical training required to be able to design and conduct experiments to test these solutions, and the knowledge necessary to analyse and critically interpret the results of these experiments.
Graduates will also have the ability to design components, processes, procedures or systems to satisfy specific needs in the current technological environment, taking into account not only purely technical or scientific parameters, but also social, economic, ethical and safety aspects.
