The objective of the study programme is to train highly qualified marketing specialists who can work in the marketing departments of Lithuanian and foreign companies as product, market or communication specialists, consultants or even managers, capable independently analyze markets, make product planning, pricing, logistics and communication decisions, initiating and executing various marketing activities, creatively apply interdisciplinary university education in an international business environment and be able to raise their qualifications independently.
After having completed the Global Marketing study programme, a graduate will have acquired the professional competencies crucial for carrying out complex work that requires not only personal responsibility, but also specific knowledge and skills in various fields of marketing. This includes:
- Carrying out market research
- Evaluating a company’s product range
- Choosing an appropriate pricing strategy
- Segmenting the market
- Understanding the factors and processes that influence consumer behaviour
- Knowing the marketing communication tools and combining those tools according to the marketing objectives
- Developing the business, etc.
Notes
For applicants who are citizens of EU/EFTA countries, as well as for non-EU/EFTA applicants to whom 90-day visa-free period applies and has not yet been exceeded, application deadline is July 1.
Admissions Requirements
High School Diploma or its equivalent and SAT, ACT, or AP examination results or documents attesting post-secondary education of at least one year at a higher education institution.
