All Real Estate

Buying a property is often the single largest transaction a person will make in their lifetime. For this reason, everything really should be done "by the book". People working in real estate are highly trusted and, in many cases, require a state license to operate.Real estate agents do not require a bachelor's degree. In most states, the required coursework can be completed in four to six months, after which you can take the exam and start working. A degree in real estate does, however, provide you with the skills you'll need to enter any of several other areas, including:AppraiserHome inspectorMortgage loan officerProperty managerInvestment property consultantA degree in real estate can also serve as a pre-law course if you plan to become a specialist property attorney. This will give you a solid background in topics like property market analysis, asset management, property law, urban planning and policy, and lease negotiation. You will also receive training in general business topics. This kind of degree is often done online, whether presented by an American or foreign institution. Some additional study may be required, for example if you want to work for financial institutions as an appraiser.
