The Bachelor of Arts in Recruitment Practice (BA(Hons) RP) program at the National College of Ireland (NCI) is a four-year program that prepares students for careers in recruitment. The program covers a wide range of topics, including:

- Candidate assessment and selection
- Onboarding and retention
Students also have the opportunity to specialize in one area of recruitment, such as:

The BA(Hons) RP program at NCI is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which means that graduates are eligible to apply for professional membership of the CIPD. The program is also recognized by the European Association of Personnel Management (EAPM), which means that graduates may be eligible to work as recruiters in other EU countries.

Notes
This course qualifies under the Free Fees Initiative and Student Grant Scheme. Price for those who do not qualify for the free fees initiative is €3,060. Application deadline for EU students is January 6.
Admissions Requirements
High School Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 plus:SAT score of 1000+ (1800 prior to 2016) or ACT composite score of 22 and above or 2-3 Advanced Placement Examinations in relevant subjects with grades 3 and above or 2-3 SAT subject tests in relevant subjects with a minimum score of 600 in each. There is also an option to enter with satisfactory completion of one year of a college/university programme with minimum GPA of 2.8.
