The Master´s programme in Service Management is a unique programme for students seeking industry relevant knowledge about management and leadership in the service sector. The advanced level programme combines in-depth subject knowledge of the services sectors, a cutting edge research environment, and up to date professional applications. When applying to the Master´s programme in Service Management you choose one of three different specialisations: Retail, Supply Chain Management or Tourism. Teaching is in English and we have students from all around the world.The rapid development in the retail industry and the following global challenges has created a situation where companies need to rethink how they do business. On the one hand there is an ever-increasing demand for the development of new service and sale strategies. On the other hand there is a growing demand for qualified and educated staff. You study relevant literature and analyse phenomena and situations such as organisation theory, customer relations, sustainability, and place development. You will gain deeper knowledge in retail marketing, store planning, CSR, sustainability, supply chain management, and customer relationship management.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree with a major in Social Sciences, Service Management, Business Administration or equivalent.Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is January 15.
