The objective of the program is to provide students with the theoretical background in the methods and technologies used in the field of the study program as well as to train them to apply these methods and technologies within different practical projects. Throughout the program, participants have the opportunity to further their academic and practical experience, as they work with industrial and scientific partners in Germany and China or other foreign countries.The engineering program primarily focuses on principles and applications in the fields of measurement devices and procedures such as sensor technology, computer based measurement technology, analytic instruments, nanometrology, optoelectronic sensors and digital signal processing. Language training and intercultural soft skills complete the program. Laboratory exercises, projects and computer assisted lectures provide additional support for effective learning.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in engineering or natural sciences. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. The application deadline for non-EU students is June 30.
