This degree course provides an advanced level of education for conducting activities of a specialized and/or directional nature regarding medium/large size manufacturing or trading companies; consulting and intermediary financial firms, or in government and public service companies. In these contexts candidates will be required the advanced capabilities to design strategies consistent with the competitive environment and implement them through the organization of the main departments, or at least a thorough knowledge of the business processes and logic that inspire entrepreneurial choices.This course is spread out over four semesters. In the first two semesters students will be provided with course units that are common to all students, designed to supplement the knowledge of four expressions that characterize company management – legal and institutional, economic, political, and quantitative business administration – and to develop applications in the major functional areas of business management and economic and financial control. Course units are then grafted into this core in order to develop expertise related to the functional areas of production and marketing and soft skills related to organizational behaviour – leadership, negotiation, decision-making and the strategic process, as well as proficiency in programming, management control, performance measurement, corporate finance.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in economics, business, or equivalent. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency. The application deadline for non-EU students is July 18.
