Do you want to understand the opportunities and challenges posed by globalization for economic development of countries? Increasing international trade and finance is opening up new opportunities for the growth of firms, regions and countries. At the same time, it is posing new challenges as the benefits are not equally distributed and inequality is rising. In the one-year Master’s degree in Economic Development and Globalization, you will learn the tools to grasp the complex relationships between globalization and the economic development of regions and countries.You will use state-of-the-art economic theories to discover the impact of global trade and of financial globalisation on economic growth and welfare. As you develop your skills, you will learn to recognise the forces that shape geographical patterns of economic activity. You will learn to advise firms and governments on how to reap the benefits of globalisation and international value chains.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 90 and IELTS 6.5).GMAT: 500-600 Admission Deadline: May 1 and October 15
