Profile
The MSc BA SIM deals with these challenges. It considers the whole strategic process of managing innovations within companies and between companies. The programme is structured around the following four topics: (1) where does innovation come from; (2) how can the firm organise internally for innovation; (3) how and with whom should the firm cooperate to maximise innovation; and (4) how can the firm capture value from innovation? In doing so, the aim of this programme is to teach students how to manage a firm’s innovation activities, to help turn ideas into profit. The MSc BA SIM, like all of our courses, are designed and executed by a small group of top academic researchers, and our programme is, therefore, strongly research oriented. By introducing students to the state-of-the-art in academic research, the aim of the programme is to give student the necessary tools to properly understand, evaluate and solve real-life cases, and to conduct their own research.
