The Advanced Master’s European and International Human Rights Law brings together resident and visiting lecturers from a wide range of human rights-related expertise. They bring a wealth of teaching, research and practical experience to the programme, encouraging you to think out of the box and to develop your own creative approaches to human rights issues.

Admissions Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Law or a degree at an equivalent level in a relevant discipline with a sufficient background in law and evidence of excellent academic performance. Specific requirements are: Sufficient academic background in the area of human rights law; A keen interest in the field of European and international human rights law, illustrated by way of a letter of motivation; Documented evidence of relevant (work) experience, i.e. employment or internship at a law firm, or voluntary work, illustrated by way of a detailed curriculum vitae; Two letters of recommendation attesting to good academic and/or professional ability. At least one letter must be written by an academic staff member, for example a lecturer or academic supervisor.
