The Master’s program in Human Resource Studies is an unique multidisciplinary degree program at a high academic level for those wishing to study the broad field of people, work, and organizations. Many organizations nowadays subscribe to the notion that people are their main assets. Huge amounts of time, money, and effort are spent on people management and employee development in order to improve individual and, ultimately, organizational performance. The Master’s program provides you with a critical understanding of the importance of people for the performance of organizations.-Expand your research knowledge and practical skills. The Extended Master gives you the opportunity to do a six-month research internship, a company traineeship, or an (international) exchange on top of your regular Master’s program. The total duration of the Extended Master is 1.5 years.-The People Management for Global Social Challenges track gives you a different perspective on sustainable development based on the theories and methods pertinent to the Global Management of Social Issues discipline. Admissions Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 90 and IELTS 6.5). Admission Deadline: April 1 and October 1
