The first semester deals with the core legal principles that govern both international trade and investment law. The second semester turns to dispute settlement aspects of the WTO and international investment arbitration. Other second semester courses extend the study to domestic regulation, development issues and regional trade agreements.Students may apply for participation in moot courts dealing with WTO or investment arbitration. A three-day study trip to Geneva is planned for the Spring (at students’ own expense).

Admissions Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Applicants from non-anglophone countries must provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 100 and IELTS 7.0).Admission Deadline: April 1
