The development of specific knowledge and skills in the fields of international corporate management and sustainability forms the focus of the Master of International Business and Sustainability (MIBAS). The MIBAS program brings together students from different cultural backgrounds and provides them with a platform for jointly developing an understanding of the complex interactions within the global economy. The program’s taught component familiarizes students with the many theoretical and practical challenges companies and society face in the pursuit of sustainable business strategies. Students are introduced to the ethical, ecological, social, and political implications of corporate value creation processes with the aim of fostering a strong sense of responsibility among students aspiring to be future leaders. This is an international and interdisciplinary program, and, from WS 2015/16 onwards, it is taught completety in English.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with a major in business, economics, social sciences, law, socioeconomics, or another discipline if proof can be provided of credit points completed in business administration. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. The application deadline for non-EU students is March 31.
