Every part of the programme emphasizes international business ethics, the socially responsible behaviour of business actors, as well as sustainability as the dominating logic of value creation processes. The programme establishes clear connections among current business practices, business research and your learning.WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING – WILWe are Sweden’s leading university when it comes to WIL (work-integrated learning). While studying you will encounter the WIL profile of University West in a number of ways. Incorporation of WIL in the programme gives you an opportunity to identify and solve real life problems faced by international companies in the global business environment. You may also encounter different forms of WIL, such as study visits to international companies, company-based projects, team-building, leadership development, and cultural awareness raising exercises outside the university.
