The MBA program combines a classical profound management education with specialisations in innovation managament, sustainability and globalisation to help students tackle the challenges of the 21st century as well as emphasizing on strategic management. The 4-semester program is designed for students from all disciplines. Business graduates qualify for the 16-month program.Todays business world is changing at a rapid pace, the conditions under which executive managers have to act and make decisions are volatile and uncertain as never before. Executives and employees are confronted with immense challenges: an intensifying globalization of economies, societies, environment, and cultures, the emergence of new technologies, the prevalence of information and communication technology in our workday lives and increasing public expectations with respect to firms social and environmental responsibilities.Therefore, it is the aim of the Pforzheim MBA International Management program to enable our students, as future managers and executives, to meet these challenges for the benefit of their companies.To achieve this, the Pforzheim MBA follows a two-tier strategy that will provide our students with a distinct competitive advantage for the business of tomorrow: an international, generalist and profound classical management foundation is integrated with the most relevant future topics: innovation management, sustainability and globalization. Our program goals therefore comprise both classical MBA goals (Business Knowledge and Management Skills, Analytical Competencies, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Project Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Communication Skills, Ethical Awareness) and goals that are focusing on the management of the challenges of the necessity for firms to innovate and to handle the challenges of sustainable globalization to the benefit of business.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with a major in a related field. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. Application deadline for non-EU students is June 15 and December 15.
