The Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences (HFT Stuttgart) is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Germany, with over 4,000 students enrolled in 14 Bachelor and 18 Master’s programs. The university has three faculties: Architecture and Design, Civil Engineering, Building Physics and Business Management, and Geomatics, Computer Science and Mathematics.
The HFT Stuttgart is known for its strong focus on practical skills and its close ties to industry. Many of the university’s professors have experience working in industry, and students have the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships and cooperative education programs.
The HFT Stuttgart is also an internationally oriented university. The university has over 80 partner universities worldwide, and students have the opportunity to study abroad for one or two semesters. The university also offers a number of English-language programs for international students.
