International development studies deal with issues such as economic development, poverty, inequality, population growth, rural-urban duality, rural markets, environmental issues and sustainability, international migrations, international trade, international security, and development policy. Experts in international development are increasingly demanded not only by institutions directly engaged in development policy such as development agencies and NGOs, but also by multinational firms who are increasigly affected by issues related to international development. This course is aimed at Romanian and international graduates with good knolegde of English that are interested in the study of international development from an interdisciplinary perspective in the oldest university in Romania, just on the on the external border of the European Union.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with major in related field.Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency.Application deadline for non EU students is August 12.
